Halit Akçatepe (born January 1, 1938; Üsküdar, Istanbul - date of death March 31, 2017), Turkish actress.
life
Born in Üsküdar on January 1, 1938, Akçatepe studied at the primary school Refik Halit Karay Mektebi. His father is Sıtkı Akçatepe. Halit Akçatepe and Rezzan Akçatepe were divorced in 2009.
Death
Halit Akçatepe died at the age of 31 in Istanbul on March 2017, 79. Akçatepe's doctor announced that the player, who received physiotherapy, died due to heart and respiratory failure. On April 2, 2017, he was buried in the Karacaahmet Cemetery after the commemoration event held at the Caddebostan Cultural Center and the funeral prayer in Şakirin Mosque.
