Auto Spare Parts Investment from Karsan in Germany

While Karsan continues its strategy of work for European cities with both conventional and electric models, it continues to expand its spare cutting and service network.Karsan, which has made a valuable investment in this direction, is preparing to open a spare cutting warehouse in Nürnberg, Germany. Karsan will reduce the supply of spare modules, especially the modules of its electric vehicles, to 1 days with the warehouse that will start operating on September 2. In this way, Karsan, which will send the required modules to all parts of Europe in a short time, aims to increase customer satisfaction by providing low cost service in a minimum time.

"We minimize the distances"

Providing information on the matter, Karsan Commercial Affairs Deputy General Manager Muzaffer Arpacıoğlu said, “We continue to receive orders for both conventional and 19 percent electric models from Europe, which started to recover after the Covid-100 outbreak. In this direction, we have launched another valuable investment with the aim of strengthening our after-sales service network and providing analysis to customers' requests from our dealers in Europe in a very short time. Based on our more than 50 years of experience, we know that after-sales customer reinforcement has an important share in being preferred by brand reliability. With this structure established with our new investment, we will minimize the gap between our customers and us ”.

Combining forces with Barsan Global Logistics for on-site spare module service, Karsan plans to multiply its operational power by taking advantage of Barsan's warehouses and logistics network in 45 different countries.
