Greece's Defense Ministry has agreed to order Drone from Turkey.
According to Defense News, Assuva Defense Industry, a private Turkish company that produces unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), announced on July 28 that they won the contract for mass sales for 50 miniature tactical unmanned aerial vehicles to the Greek Ministry of Defense.
Assuva Defense Industry company sent 2 Proton Elic RB-128 UAVs to Greece and stated that they have passed the acceptance tests. Assuva General Manager Remzi Başbuğ is the company's first export agreement to both NATO and the European Union member country. Proton Elic RB-128 UAV; They were previously sold to the Turkish, Chinese and Sri Lanka Armed Forces, and stated that they met all the necessary conditions for export to Greece.
Assuva miniature tactical UAV is preferred for various purposes. Search-rescue is used to detect chemical materials, land mines, explosives and underground bunkers. With the thermal camera feature, it can capture images up to 1km and up to 50m below the ground.
Assuva company stated that İHA is the product of domestic engineering and software.
