At the 19.06.2020th Ordinary General Meeting of ASELSAN held on 45, it was decided to distribute 335.000.000 TL cash and 100% of the capital to 1.140.000.000 TL as bonus share.
The company has initiated the necessary legal processes within the scope of dividend transactions to be distributed as shares and announced on 03.07.2020 on the Public Disclosure Platform that the Board of Directors has decided to amend the articles of association.
ASELSAN, Turkey ranks first among the Fortune 500 list of companies in the defense
Fortune Turkey has carried out since 2008 and Turkey's largest 500 companies in the Fortune 500 list of Turkey Research results were announced in 2019. ASELSAN, which rose seven places in the list, ranked 25th in the general ranking. ASELSAN maintained its first place among the defense companies on the list.
According to the figures determined for the list, ASELSAN's net sales exceeding 2019 billion TL in 13 determined its place in the ranking. In addition to net sales of ASELSAN, criteria such as Profit Before Interest, Tax, Asset Total, Equity, Profitability and Export were included.
