İBB will carry Istanbul residents to 31 cents between 10.00 - 16.00 until 5 August at the City Lines ferries. The practice is aimed at expanding maritime transport and promoting flexible working hours. The decision was made at the Transportation Coordination Center (UKOME) meeting held today.
The usage fees of City Lines ferries were reduced to 31 kurus between 10.00 and 16.00 hours until 5 August, with the decision taken at the UKOME meeting held today. With the decision taken, IMM will carry Istanbul residents at a symbolic price of 5 kuruş on some lines. The purpose of the decision was announced as promoting sea transportation and encouraging flexible working hours. The lines where the discount will be applied were determined as Üsküdar - Eminönü, Kadıköy - Eminönü, Kadıköy - Karaköy, Kadıköy - Beşiktaş and the lines with more than three piers. The application will not be valid on the "Islands" and "İstinye - Cubuklu Car Ferry" lines.
