It continues with the SUV and crossover frenzy. For this reason, manufacturers continue to come up with new SUV or crossover models.

Ford renewed the entire product, selling only pickup and SUV models in North America, its home base.

But apparently the brand is not at all satisfied with the SUV product width. Ford, Edge and Lincoln Nautilus are getting ready to unplug the models. According to the claims, the brand will carry out this movement after 2023.

These models have serious sales figures. Edge and Nautilus had a very successful year in 2019. Edge managed to be among the top five Ford vehicles sold.

Last year, 3.3 units were sold, increasing their sales by 138.515 percent. Nautilus went down in history as Lincoln's best-selling vehicle in 31.711, with sales of 2019 units. In other words, it may be an interesting move for such vehicles to disappear from production.

Ford has done this before. The brand, which also pulled the plug of Fusion as Mondeo, eliminated one of the best-selling models with this move.

The brand now wants to unload the SUV range it will strengthen with Bronco, Bronco Sport and the all-electric Mustang Mach-E.
