Citroën surprised us all with a surprise press release before its launch on June 30, and shared photos of the new generation C4 and the electric version ë-C4.

Separating from all other Citroëns on the market, the new compact hatchback attracted attention with its resemblance to Citroën GS as a stance as well as crossover traces.

Although it is like a crossover, the new C4, which the French manufacturer launched as a "hatchback", had small plastic guards on the bumper skirts and side sills.

The new C5, which winds up the C4 Aircross with its discrete headlight arrangement, has a more inclined face and forms the “X” shape of the daytime driving LEDs and headlight bulbs.

With the C3 Aircross and C5 Aircross, it is possible to see this X form on the back of the new C4, which is similar in the front. A secondary lighting element is located under the spoiler extending from the root part of the extremely inclined ceiling line, which intersects with the stop group at right angles.

PSA Group has not announced the technical data yet. The new Citroën C4 will have an electric version as well as petrol and diesel engine options. The technical details of the model, called ë-C4, are on 30 June 2020.

The new C4 is part of the “Advanced Comfort” program, just like other current Citroën models. In other words, the comfortable seats with specially prepared sponges called Advanced Comfort and the progressive hydraulic suspension stop mechanism that almost do not feel the road disturbances will take place in the new C4 and EV brother ë-C4.
