Transfer of Electric Bus Projects of Bozankaya to Karsan; The Competition Authority has approved for the transfer transactions between Karsan Otomotiv Sanayii ve Ticaret A.Ş and Bozankaya Otomotiv.
In the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was said:
With the decision of the Competition Authority numbered 20-29-368-165, the Contract on the Transfer of Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights, which was signed on 20.05.2020 between our company and Bozankaya Automotive, and 10,5 meters in the product range of Bozankaya Automotive. Transfer of technology (except for some of its elements) and intellectual and industrial property rights (excluding brand rights) to electric busses between 25 meters is permitted to our company and presented to the information of the public and investors. ”
