Hasan İzzettin Dinamo (born 1909, Akçaabat, Trabzon - date of death June 20, 1989), Turkish writer.
He moved to Istanbul with his family and then to Samsun. His father died in World War I. The author, who left before completing his education at Ankara Gazi Education Institute, made his living by making translations and giving private lessons.
Although Dynamo wrote individual poems in his youth, when he met Nâzım Hikmet's poems, he drew a socialist line. Besides Nazım, he worked with poets such as Sabahattin Ali, Rıfat Ilgaz and A. Kadir. He has produced important novels such as the Seven Volumes of the Holy Revolt and the War and the Hungry. In 1977, with his novel “Holy Peace”, Orhan Kemal won the Roman Gift. In addition to his novels, which usually describe the war period, he also has poetry books and a short story book. The effects of Rıza Tevfik, Yusuf Ziya, Orhan Seyfi can be seen in his first poems. He wrote poems in Servet-i Fünûn magazine with a syllable meter. Although he used the measure of prosody, he returned to syllable again. He wrote numerous poems, novels, epics in prison.
