Do Metrobus Metro and Ferries Work on Weekend in Istanbul?

İBB will continue to carry out water, natural gas, vegetable and fruit, elderly and disabled care, funeral services, disposal of medical and solid wastes, security, road maintenance and repairs without interruption. IETT METRO AND STEAMS TO WORK

CLEANING AND WASTE COLLECTION WORKS WILL CONTINUE

İSTAÇ will collect 120 tons of medical waste, including quarantine zones, with 42 personnel and 80 vehicles, and dispose of it. A total of 28 thousand tons of domestic solid waste collected by district municipalities on the European and Asian side will be collected and disposed at 8 solid waste transfer stations serving in various parts of the city.

In addition, İSTAÇ's maritime services unit will carry out Waste Collection, Waste Acceptance and Recovery and Surface Cleaning works from Ships. The Asian and European Coastal Cleaning Team will be actively involved in emergencies as well as routine work. Excavation wastes will be collected with 68 personnel. ISBAK AS, a subsidiary of IMM, will continue to maintain and repair the traffic lights and electronic signs across Istanbul with 75 personnel.

HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES

IMM Health Department disinfection team; 30 vehicles will continue their hygiene activities with 64 personnel. Homeless citizens in Esenyurt and Kıraç will continue to be hosted with 21 staff.

The Social Services Department will also coordinate the distribution of aid. Alo will work at 153 call centers with 687 employees on a 24-hour basis.

DISTRIBUTION OF AID BOXES TO CONTINUE

IMM “We Will Succeed Together” teams will continue to distribute aid packages. IMM Support Services Department assigned 270 vehicles, 270 driver personnel, 270 social workers and 270 assistant personnel in order to deliver aid packages to citizens in need. 10 THOUSAND PEOPLE, EATING TO HEALTHCARE EMPLOYEES

The Support Services Department will continue serving iftar dinner for about 10 people daily to the district municipalities that request it at the weekend. In 7 fire kitchens, iftar and sahur dishes will be prepared for firefighters and delivered to all units.

On the other hand, 32 health workers are provided accommodation in Zeytinburnu Social Facility. Food and beverage needs of healthcare professionals staying in hotels are also met. BREAD AND WATER NEEDS WILL BE PROVIDED

At the weekend, İBB subsidiary HALK EKMEK AŞ will continue to produce full capacity at its 3 factories and continue to sell bread with 514 personnel at its 1.378 kiosk across Istanbul.

HAMİDİYE AŞ will meet the water needs of citizens with 167 dealers, 263 vehicles and 760 employees.

DARULACEZE, DISABLED AND FUNERAL SERVICES

With its 3 employees, İSPER AŞ will support Kayışdağı Hospice, the Disabled, Family Counseling Centers, funeral services, feeding of unattended animals, public relations and toilet cleaning services.

İBB WIFI WILL TAKE

İSTTELKOM AŞ: İBB Data Center will work with 48 personnel in WiFi, wireless and fiber infrastructure services. IMM WiFi services; It will reach uninterrupted Istanbul residents who have to work with public personnel.

OTHER SERVICES
