First photo of the new Mercedes S Series has arrived. Mercedes shared a photo of the front of the new S-series model. In addition, the introduction of the new S series was announced on the date.

Speaking about the new generation S-Class, Daimler CEO Ola Källenius described the new Mercedes S model as the brand's "technological flagship model". Stating that he participated in the tests of the pre-production model, the manager said that he was very impressed by the vehicle and they performed a "very clear and silent ride". Noting that the previous S-Class has raised the bar considerably, Källenius stated that he managed to climb over the predecessor of the new model.

However, it also announced the launch date of the new Mercedes S-Class for the first time. Källenius said that the introduction of the vehicle will be made in the second half of 2020, and the electric version of the model, the EQS, will be introduced in 2021.
