Good News for Kayseri Rail System and Airport

Mayor of Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Memduh Büyükkılıç attended the meeting chaired by Adil Karaismailoğlu, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure. Mayor Büyükkılıç presented a briefing on the projects of Kayseri, which concerns the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, at the meeting. Minister Karaismailoğlu said that they would be awarded the tender as soon as possible by giving good news about two different projects.

The meeting, which was organized by a video conference under the chairmanship of the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu, was made by the Mayor of the Metropolitan Municipality. In addition to Memduh Büyükkılıç, Governor Şehmus Günaydın, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Taner Yıldız, Previous Minister of Economy Mustafa Elitaş, AK Party Kayseri Deputies İsmail Emrah Karayel, İsmail Tamer and Hülya Nergis, and AK Party Provincial President Şaban Çopuroğlu.

Metropolitan Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç made a comprehensive presentation on Kayseri projects concerning the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure at the meeting.

Metropolitan Mayor Büyükkılıç congratulated Minister Adil Karaismailoğlu for being brought to the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and said that there was a chance for municipalities because Minister Karaismailoğlu came from the local administrations. Expressing that Kayseri is an attraction center covering 8 provinces around it, Mayor Büyükkılıç noted that transportation projects are important in this sense. Speaking about Belsin-Terminal-City Hospital-Nuh Naci Yazgan University-Mobilyakent rail system line project, Mayor Memduh Büyükkılıç stated that this line is very important for Kayseri. Expressing the terminal buildings and apron in the new airport project, Mayor Büyükkılıç emphasized that the passenger potential at Kayseri Airport is rapidly increasing. President Memduh Büyükkılıç also gave information about projects such as Kayseri-Ankara High Speed ​​Line, Boğazköprü Logistics Village, connecting Kayseri to Niğde-Ankara highway, Kayseri-Kahramanmaraş new route project.

TENDERS ARE STARTING

Transport and Infrastructure Minister Adil Karaismailoğlu said that after the presentation of the Metropolitan Mayor Memduh Büyükkılıç, the tender of the two projects will be held soon. Minister Karaismailoğlu stated that they have reached the final stage for the tender of the Airport Project with the Belsin-Terminal-City Hospital-Nuh Naci Yazgan University-Mobilyakent rail system line and the tenders will be held as soon as possible.
