Porsche Announces Sales Figures for the First Quarter of the Year

The corona virus outbreak has led to a major contraction in the automotive industry and a decrease in sales figures. Like other car brands, Porsche announced its sales figures in the first quarter of the year.

Porsche recorded a 2020% drop in worldwide sales figures in the first quarter of 5. German sports car manufacturer Porsche managed to sell 53.125 cars in this difficult period. Porsche sold 55.700 cars in the same period last year. In other words, Porsche sold 2575 fewer cars in the first quarter of this year compared to the same period last year.

Porsche has sold to which countries and how much?

Porsche experienced a 20% drop in car sales in America. A total of 11.994 cars were sold across the country.

Porsche experienced the second biggest drop in the Chinese market, down 17%. The German manufacturer sold 14.098 cars to China.

Porsche sold 22.031 automobiles to the Asia-Pacific, Africa and the Middle East in the first quarter of this quarter.

The European region, on the other hand, compensated for this situation, by selling 16.787 cars and increased by 20%.
