FCA Recalls Many Cars for a Problem with Wipers

The FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) group recalls many cars for a problem in wipers. Most of the vehicles to be recalled are located in North America and some are in Europe.

According to the North American Road Safety Office (NHTSA), the bolts in one of the wipers in these vehicles may also have looseness. He stated that due to this looseness, the wiper system would not work properly or even the wiper could come off.

The FCA group states that there has been no loss of life or property due to this error so far. However, it was also noted that he had 439 vehicles who brought their vehicles to the services of the group and complained about the same problem and that this error was resolved under the warranty.

How Many Vehicles Are Recalled?

In North America, 316.626 RAM 1500 and 1500 Classic and 108.962 Jeep Compass are recalled. In addition, 48.802 vehicles from other Countries will be recalled.

Between Which Dates Are Vehicles Recalled?

RAM 28 and 2019 Classic vehicles manufactured between April 3, 2020 and March 1500, 1500.

Jeep Compass vehicles manufactured between May 12, 2019 and March 3, 2020.

The companies will then reach the vehicle owners to provide detailed information.
