Audi has temporarily stopped the production of the electric car e-tron. Audi had to stop the production of the electric car e-tron model at its Brussels plant in Belgium due to supply problems. In addition, Audi has already had some problems with parts suppliers for e-tron.

Audi has had to reduce its e-tron production volume from zero to 20 electric vehicles per hour, as the supply problem has not been resolved.

Audi Has A Battery Supply Problem

Audi has confirmed that there is a problem with production, but has not yet explained why. The supply problem may be due to the inability to supply lithium-ion batteries from the LG Chem plant in Poland. Besides, Mercedes-Benz and Jaguar are buying parts from the same supplier, but they are not experiencing similar problems for now.
