With the employment of part-time Candidate Researcher, the research infrastructure, ability and capacity of our Institution and the part-time employment of undergraduate students at universities to train qualified R&D personnel on behalf of our country, to enable students to practice their profession while they are still studying, and to provide full-time employment in our Institution. zamIt is aimed to bring in the researcher candidates who can work on a daily basis to our Institution while they are students.
