Tofaş was awarded by The CQI (Chartered Quality Institute), one of the most important Quality Institutes in the world. At the International Quality Awards Ceremony held in London, Garanti 4.0 Prediction System developed by Tofaş received the first prize in the “Development Systems” category. The system, which can predict the warranty costs of the vehicles with 95 percent accuracy and contribute positively to customer satisfaction with the data it analyzed, was shown as a model project by the jury members with advanced Machine Learning and Quality 4.0 application.

The International Quality Awards organized by The CQI (Chartered Quality Institute), one of the most important quality institutes in the world, were presented at the ceremony held in London. Tofaş was awarded the first prize in the “Development Systems aş category of this year's International Quality Awards with its artificial intelligence based software Garanti 4.0 Estimation System. Özcan Çavuşoğlu, Quality Method and Planning Manager and Hakan Ersoy, Quality Method and Planning Expert, received the award on behalf of Tofaş. The software developed for Estimation and Improvement of Guarantee Costs, the most important Consumer KPI, contributes positively to customer satisfaction by eliminating any possible quality problems on the product.

Costs are predicted by artificial intelligence

The starting point of the Garanti 2017 Estimation System, which began operations in 4.0, was the business intelligence solution developed instead of classical software that can perform limited data analysis by manual methods. The system has been fully developed by Tofaş employees as a result of nearly 2 years of work and is ready for more data analysis.

The Garanti 100 Estimation System, which subjects the past warranty cost data of vehicles to more than 1000 possibilities and more than 4.0 algorithms, can estimate the warranty cost expenses that may arise in the coming years with 95 percent accuracy. Thus both from costs and zamSignificant time savings are achieved.
