BİSİM Stations Fee Schedule and Member Transactions: Interest in the bicycle system BİSİM, which was put into service on January 18, 2014 by the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, which took important steps towards the goal of "Bicycle city Izmir" and which has been rented about 2 million to date, is increasing day by day.

In order to encourage the use of bicycles as a means of transportation in addition to the use of bicycles for entertainment and sports purposes, the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality; BİSİM aims to expand the Bisiklet Smart Bike Sharing System inde throughout İzmir, thus providing a healthy and environmentally friendly transportation for all bicycle lovers.

With Smart Bike Sharing System, bike lovers will not have to carry their bikes with them, they can rent bikes from any BISIM stations and leave them to any BISIM station.

What is Smart Bike System?

It is a sustainable bicycle sharing system that serves as an alternative means of transport for bicycle lovers in many metropolises, eliminates the necessity of carrying bicycles by supporting with technological database and can be integrated into the transportation network in the city.

The purpose of this system is to ensure that the 3 - 5 km distances can be traveled without having to drive a motor vehicle. In this way, the burden on public transport and the impact of environmentally harmful greenhouse gases will be reduced and the society will have the opportunity to use a healthier and more environmentally friendly means of transport.

BISIM Rental with Member Card (Quick and easy)

When the green light starts to flash, take your bike first and then pull it back. Information about the usage is sent to your mobile phone via text message. There is no blockage in leasing with member card.

How do I get my BISIM Member Card?

2. BISIM Rental with Credit Card

Go to the parking unit with the password you received following the instructions on the kiosk screen without requiring any membership. In the parking unit where the bicycle with a steady green light is on, first press the enter button, then enter the password then press the enter button again., When the green light starts flashing, push the bicycle forward and then pull it back.

What is 30 tl blockage?

This is not a deposit we receive. In accordance with the banking system, 30 TL per bike is blocked from your credit card. The next day after renting the bike, the blockage is removed at 23.00. During this time you can rent again and again without the need for another blockage. If the blockage does not go off within the specified time, contact the bank to which your credit card belongs.

3. BISIM Rental with Izmirimkart

In order to use your Izmirimkart in the Bisim rental system, you must first activate your card at our member point in Konak Ferry Terminal. For this procedure, you must be over the age of 18 and have your ID with you.

You must have at least 20 TL balance in your Izmirimkart. When activating your card, your 20 TL balance is transferred to your İzmirimkart Bisim account. Then your bike rental fees are deducted from the TL in your account. If your Izmirimkart Bisim account runs out of TL, you can either transfer TL to your account from our member point, continue the transaction by reading the instructions on the kiosk screen, or load TL to your account online with your credit card.

From 01-11-2019, bike rental costs per hour 3.5 TL'Dr.

There is no deposit transaction when renting with Bisim member card.

The provision for a 30 TL deposit in bike rental with credit card is resolved at 24:00. Otherwise, contact your bank branch.

Our smart bicycle system is not available for credit card rentals between 23:00 and 06:00.

You must have an identity card with you when applying for a member card.

Member card fee is 5 TL.
