Porsche added the third version of the Taycan 4S to its product range after the Turbo and Turbo S versions of the all-electric sports car Taycan, which premiered on three continents simultaneously last month.

The Porsche Taycan 4S model, which is offered with two different sizes of batteries, offers 530 HP with the "Performance Battery" battery and 571 HP with the "Performance Battery Plus" battery, while the engine power and range values ​​vary: With the "Performance Battery" battery, it reaches 390 kW ( Producing up to 530 PS) extra engine power, Taycan 4S provides engine power up to 420 kW (571 PS) when using the "Performance Battery Plus" battery. With both battery types, it accelerates from its standard position at a standstill to 100 km / h in 4,0 seconds and at 250 km / hzami is reaching speed. A range of up to 407 kilometers is provided with the "Performance Battery" and up to 463 kilometers with the "Performance Battery Plus" battery. The new 4S model also has strong characteristics such as breathtaking acceleration, traction and exceptional engine power that are unique to sports cars. The active length of the permanent magnet synchronous motor on the rear axle is 130 millimeters and is 80 millimeters shorter than the corresponding engine component in the Taycan Turbo and Taycan Turbo S models. The pulse-controlled inverter used on the front axle of Taycan 4S operates up to 300 amps, and the rear axle inverter up to 600 amps.

Exterior design that reflects Porsche DNA

While Taycan signals the beginning of a new era with its clean and pure design, the same zamAt the moment, it carries traces of Porsche's easily distinguished design DNA. When viewed from the front, it looks quite wide and straight, with highly contoured wings. At the rear, the sporty-looking roof line with a downward slope shapes the Taycan's silhouette. Sharp lines are also among the characteristic features of the car. The sleek interior design, slanting rear C-pillar and prominent wing shoulders create a sharp rear part of the car as one of the brand's usual features. Innovative elements such as the glass-effect Porsche logo, which is integrated into the LED rear lighting, also attract attention.

The different features of Taycan's Turbo and Turbo S models include aerodynamically optimized 19-inch Taycan S Aero wheels and red painted brake calipers. The front lower panel with new geometry, side sills and the black rear diffuser make the car more discernible. LED headlights are included as standard, including the Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS Plus - Porsche Dynamic Headlight System).

Unique interior design with a large display screen band

Taycan's front console was inspired by the 1963 original 911 front console. Indicating the beginning of a new era with its open and completely renovated structure, Taycan's cockpit is clearly designed in a driver-oriented, simple, minimalist and ultra modern way. The control keys are both easy to use and are not distracting. The 10,9-inch central infotainment display and optional passenger display, together with an integrated glass tape with a black panel look, create a visual harmony with the interior.

In addition to the partial leather interior, the eight-way electrically adjustable front seats are standard on the Taycan 4S.

An innovation that comes with Taycan is a completely leather-free interior design with state-of-the-art surface texture. High quality micro fiber “Race-Tex” material consisting of partially recycled polyester fibers is used in this design. The production of this design produces 80 percent less carbon dioxide than conventional materials. Fiber "Econyl®" made from recycled fishing nets, among other materials, is used for floor covering.

Porsche chassis systems

Porsche uses a centrally networked control system for the Taycan chassis. Integrated Porsche 4D-Chassis Control system makes all chassis systems real zamAnalyzes and synchronizes instantly. In the Taycan 4S model, adaptive air suspension with three-chamber technology including electronic damping control system PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management) is offered as standard.
