Oyak Renault Award for Excellence


As a result of its improvements in human resources management, Oyak Renault received the Brand Excellence in Talent Management ”award given by Brandon Hall, the world's most prestigious consulting firm.

Turkey's Oyak Renault largest automobile and engine manufacturer; 50. As a result of the improvements it has made in human resources management such as career, performance and development management, it was awarded the Brandon Hall Excellence Award, one of the most prestigious awards in the world.

Oyak Renault has won the bronze award in the Brandon Hall talent management category with its deep-rooted systems in career, performance and development management, career opportunities created for its employees at home and abroad, and organizational excellence, crowning its success in talent management in the international arena.

Awarded by one of the world's most prestigious consultancy companies, Brandon Hall since 1994, the companies that have been nominated for the award with the best talent management practices are evaluated by an international jury consisting of the best experts. The awards will find their owners at the International Conference on Excellence in People Management in Florida in February 2020.


Bursa Oyak Renault Automobile Factories is one of Renault's highest capacity plants with an annual production volume of 378 thousand cars and 920 thousand engines. Oyak Renault manufactures and exports Clio V, Clio IV, Clio Sport Tourer and New Megane Sedan models, as well as the engine and mechanical components used in these models. There are Body-Assembly and Mechanical-Chassis Factories, R & D Center and International Logistics Center in the production facilities established on 582,483 m2 in Bursa. Oyak Renault Automobile Factories, established in Bursa in 1969, employs over 1,000 people as of the end of 2018. Oyak Renault became the first Turkish car manufacturer to have approved the Quality Assurance System in 7 with ISO 1996 certification. Oyak Renault Automobile Factories, which received ISO 9001 certificate with “zero error“ in September 1999, continues its activities within the framework of Renault Group environmental policy.
