481 Thousands Used ISBIKE in One Year

İBİKE, which was offered to Istanbul residents by İBB, was used by 481 thousand people in the last year. The project, which is intended to create an alternative in transportation, which is beneficial for the environment and human health, is aimed to spread throughout Istanbul.

İSPARK, an affiliate of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), will make bicycle use more widespread with İSBİKE “Smart Bicycle Sharing System Project Proj. The project, which ceases to be an entertainment vehicle, has been serving in different parts of Istanbul since 2013. With ISBIKE, bicycles are integrated into the public transport network, so that short distances can be reached by bicycle and traffic load is reduced.

- SMART BICYCLE SHARING SYSTEM-
The “Smart Bicycle Sharing System desteklen, which is supported by a technological database, has been designed to provide alternative transportation services to bicycle users. This system, which is used in modern cities of the world, does not have to carry bicycles. It is also environmentally friendly and beneficial to human health.

- BOSTANCI - STARTED ON KARTAL BEACH -
İSBİKE was first used on Bostancı - Kartal coastal road in 2013. Later, the cycle path, including Maltepe Embankment Area, served 2018 bicycles in 14 stops until June 140. The length of the line is 23,5 km.

5 station on the European side The 60 km line, which consists of 5 bicycles, started to operate in April 2016 in Yeşilköy, Florya. June 2018 started a new era with ISBI. In the last year, 481 thousand 280 bicycles were rented and the number of subscribers reached 82 thousand 169 people.

- TARGET 300 STOP, 3 THOUSAND BICYCLE-
İSBİKE has reached the capacity to serve with 150 stops and thousand 500 bicycles as a result of the studies. Smart bicycle stops were put into service in the entire section of Zeytinburnu under the E-5 and in the Karaköy - Beşiktaş - Sarıyer Bosphorus line. Stop routes and bike capacities are as follows:
* 34 cycling at 350 stall across Zeytinburnu district.
* 22 bicycle in Karakoy-Besiktas-Sariyer region 220 stop.
* Bakırköy – Yenikapı region 28 stop 280 bicycle.
* Florya – Hunters X 17 bike in the 170 stall in the Küçükçekmece area.
* Kadıköy – Maltepe region 22 stops 225 bicycles.
* 21 bike in Kartal-Pendik region 200 stall.
* Ümraniye region 3 stop 35 bicycle.
* 2 bike in the Beykoz region 20 stall.
Efforts are underway to increase ISBIKE's capacity of 2019 stops and 300 thousand bicycles in 3. Choosing stops and routes in the project; integration with other transport systems, bicycle usage intensity, terrain slopes and road widths are evaluated.

- 2018 FEE TARIFF CONTINUES IN ISBIKE -
“Smart Bike Sharing System Project ücret The tariff in ISBIKE is determined and approved by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Real Estate Directorate Wages and Tariffs Commission and approved by IMM Council. -3 DIFFERENT PRICE TARIFF APPLIED-
Istanbul residents can benefit from 3 with different price tariffs. These so-called Advantageous Annual Subscriptions, Standard Annual Subscriptions and Credit Card Tariffs were adjusted and made available to citizens.

Advantageous Annual Subscription 59 TL

• Advantage The first 30 minute of bike rental is free of charge for annual subscribers. No additional bike rental fee will be charged unless 30 exceeds minutes. However, in case of exceeding the period, the fee is charged over the prices in the fee schedule.
• Advantageous Annual subscribers can use the free 2 minute bike again if they wish to rent the bike again on the same day after 30 hours after the delivery of the bike. However, if the bike is delivered and the bike is rented again before the 2 hours have expired, free use will not be granted and use will be charged at the rate charged.
• Advantageous Members with an annual subscription are entitled to additional 2 bike rental, in addition to the bikes they rent. However, this additional 2 bike rented does not have free 30 minute usage rights and is charged at the annual member hourly rate. Annual subscribers are required to have a minimum balance of 10 TL in their account for additional rented bicycles and their own bicycle expiration. If the balance drops below 10 TL, the subscribers will be blocked until the balance is loaded.
• The validity period of the subscription is 1 years and when this period expires, the system activation and maintenance - repair fee must be paid again. Subscriptions that do not update their membership are deactivated. The money balance in the deactivated accounts is not deleted, but no refund is made.
• If the subscribers are reactivated in the future, the remaining balances in their accounts can be reused.

Standard Annual Subscription 20 TL

• After subscribing to the standard subscriber, annual system activation and maintenance - repair fees are charged and the balance is uploaded to the accounts, the subscription can be activated and bicycles can be rented from the system.
• Apart from the bikes that are rented by members with a standard subscription, 2 has more about renting additional bikes. In addition, the rental rate of the rented bicycles is charged at the standard member hourly rate.
• Standard subscribers are required to have a minimum balance of 10 TL in their account for additional rented bicycles and bicycles of their own use. If the balance falls below TL 10, their subscription will be blocked until the balance is loaded.

Credit Card Tariff

• 50 TL is blocked on your card for each bike rented.
• The hourly rental fee is stated in the price tariff in the section written with “Credit Card fiyat.
• At the end of the day the rental fee is taken from the blocked amount and the remaining balance is refunded by closing the pre-authorization process.
• Your bank will be instructed to unblock the refunded amount. 2 to 7 are unblocked within days.

- INCOME TRANSFERRED TO NEW PROJECTS-
1% of the revenue generated from Smart Bicycle Sharing System Project is allocated as IMM share. The remaining amount is İSPARK A.Ş. as a resource for the new Smart Bicycle Sharing System Projects.
